Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs focused on leadership and soft skills, incorporating the latest insights from leadership, psychology, neuroscience, and other relevant disciplines
- Assess training effectiveness and make necessary improvements based on feedback and analysis
- Collaborate with the Leadership Development team and customize training programs to address clients’ specific needs, objectives and industries
- Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in soft skills training and leadership development
- Coach and mentor participants to support their development and growth as leaders
- Employ various training methods and techniques to engage participants and maximize learning outcomes
- Establish strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of soft skills training and leadership development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience on leadership position and/or proven experience delivering effective training programs focused on soft skills development and leadership
- In-depth understanding of human behavior psychology and neuroscience as relevant disciplines related to soft skills training and leadership development
- Experience working with senior-level executives and high-potential leaders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and establish a reputation as a trusted advisor and expert in the field
- Passion for continuous learning and development, both personally and professionally
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- English language – native or fluent and other languages
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
