Ekaterina Nedialkova

Ekaterina Nedialkova is Executive Director and Site Leader of Experian Bulgaria. With over 18 years of experience in continuous improvement and a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she has successfully led transformation initiatives across industries. Her journey began in operational excellence within investment banking and evolved into global leadership roles at Experian. Since joining Experian Bulgaria in 2016, Ekaterina has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s internal continuous improvement programme, EmPower. Today, she leads the strategic vision of Experian Bulgaria - one of Experian’s three global delivery centers, which together represent 30% of the company’s global workforce. She oversees strategic projects and programmes for the Site, collaborates with senior stakeholders across the business, and is responsible for strengthening Experian Bulgaria’s position as a top employer, a hub for talent, and a trusted business partner.
