Step 2: 15-Minute Introductory Conversation

Engage in a short call to discuss your experience and potential fit with our team. We’ll cover expectations, requirements, and our work environment.

Step 3: Strengths Assessments

Complete two Predictive Index (PI) tests to help us understand your work style and learning preferences.

Step 4: 30-Minute Video Conference

Connect with your prospective manager to establish rapport and discuss the ideal test project for your skill set.

Step 5: Test Assignment

Tackle a (paid) test assignment, providing both you and our team the opportunity to experience working together. This stage is vital for ensuring mutual compatibility. Give it your all, and if everything goes smoothly, we’ll extend an offer.

Step 6: Final Discussion with the CEO

Converse with our CEO about your potential role and any remaining questions you may have.

Step 7: Offer

After successfully completing the test project and proving your compatibility with our team, you’ll receive an official offer. Accepting this opportunity marks the beginning of an exciting and fulfilling journey with LeadFit Global.
