Step 4: 30-Minute Video Conference
Connect with your prospective manager to establish rapport and discuss the ideal test project for your skill set.
Step 5: Test Assignment
Tackle a (paid) test assignment, providing both you and our team the opportunity to experience working together. This stage is vital for ensuring mutual compatibility. Give it your all, and if everything goes smoothly, we’ll extend an offer.
Step 6: Final Discussion with the CEO
Converse with our CEO about your potential role and any remaining questions you may have.
Step 7: Offer
