Aksinia Sokolova

As a serial entrepreneur, ICF-Certified Coach, and Consultant, Aksinia, brings over 25 years of expertise in HR Management and personal development to our organization. Her diverse background includes working with the Centre for Social Integration of People with Disabilities, leading the HR team at a prestigious German bank, and serving as the CEO of Gi Group in Bulgaria, a top international HR company. These experiences have provided her with unique insights and fueled her passion for leadership development and personal growth.   Aksinia holds a Master’s Degree in HR Management from the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria. Throughout her career, she has witnessed the power of personal development, both in her own journey and in the lives of countless others. Her growth as a leader was further enriched by her involvement with Erickson International, where she became a certified and accredited coach by the ICF, and served as a Project manager.   Aksinia is a driving force behind our mission to create a world where people are supported to do the best work of their lives.
