Nick Brice, also known as “The Business Soulman,” is a multifaceted professional with over 30 years of experience as a performance consultant, theatre director, keynote speaker, and author. As the CEO of Soul Corporations® and Artistic Director of White Room Theatre/Bite-Size Plays®, his work has spanned five continents and won major awards for change management, leadership development, learning partnership, and customer and employee engagement. Nick served as an Advisor-Associate at Korn Ferry, as Senior Consultant and Master Trainer at TMI International, and as the Managing/Artistic Director at White Room Theatre and Bite-Size Plays. Nick also worked with Toyota to modernize their brand culture in Europe, the USA, and globally, which led to the co-authorship of the book Brand Alchemy (Blackhall, 2005). He is the author of The Mindful Communicator (Amazon, 2022), a toolkit for helping people find joy, wellness, and meaning in a modern digital working world. Nick holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Nottingham, with a focus on occupational, biological, social, cognitive, and behavioral psychology. He has also completed a Certification in Neuroscience in Business Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
