• Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in coaching and leadership development.
• Coach and mentor clients to support their personal and professional growth, helping them achieve their goals and unlock their potential.
• Utilize a variety of coaching techniques and tools to facilitate self-discovery, growth, and transformation.
• Establish strong rapport and build trust with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of coaching.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all coaching interactions.

Requirements:

• Hold a recognized coaching certification from the esteemed International Coaching Federation (ICF) with MCC, PCC, or ACC credentials.
• Possess significant experience on a leadership position and as a Certified Professional Coach, demonstrating a successful track record in coaching individuals or teams.
• In-depth understanding of human behavior psychology and relevant disciplines related to coaching.
• Experience working with senior-level executives and high-potential individuals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships.
• Proven ability to establish a reputation as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of coaching.
• Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally, if required.
