Dr. Plamen Dimitrov

Dr. Plamen Dimitrov is a highly effective Clinical, Organizational, and Social Psychologist, as well as an Existential Counselor & Psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience. He is a specialist in group dynamics, organization development (OD), management training, and employee assistance programs (EAP) consultation. Dr. Dimitrov is a Co-founder of PsyNet, an international network of professional psychologists and psychotherapists in private practice, and serves as the Regional Manager. He has held various leadership roles, including President & CEO of the Bulgarian Psychological Society, Deputy Country Director, and Program Director for Organization Development and Performance Analysis at the Institute for Sustainable Communities. Dr. Dimitrov’s education includes an MA in Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, a Ph.D. in Applied Developmental and Social Psychology from the Institute of Psychology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, an MSOD in Management & Organization Development Training and Consulting from Roffey Park Management Institute – West Sussex University, and RODC certification from the OD Institute – International Registry of OD Consultants. He is also an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA.org) with membership number С2103473270.
