Hristina Ivanova is a Career and Neurodiversity Coach and Trainer with over 10 years of experience in career development, recruitment, and inclusive talent practices. Her work focuses on helping individuals and organisations make fairer, more conscious decisions around careers, hiring, and development - particularly in complex and diverse environments. She is a multi-award-winning careers professional, holding an ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring and a Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching. Hristina has supported more than 500 clients through one-to-one consulting and coaching, and thousands through group programmes, and organisational training, combining evidence-based methods with a practical, human-centred approach. Most recently, as Senior Careers and Placements Consultant at Birkbeck, University of London, she led a Neurodiversity Career Coaching pilot designed to support neurodivergent professionals through tailored coaching interventions. As a trainer, she delivers programmes on unbiased hiring, inclusive assessment, career clarity, and authentic professional visibility - bridging neuroscience, psychology, coaching, and real-world hiring experience.
