With over 2,200 hours of coaching, primarily in executive and business contexts, she has worked internationally with companies in automotive, IT, and finance, helping develop next-generation leaders. Her career includes managing a World Bank–funded primary healthcare project, leading EU-funded initiatives, and serving as a technical advisor to the World Health Organization on health policies. As a senior trainer, Dr. Baser delivers a wide range of Erickson programs, including The Art & Science of Coaching, High Performing Team Training, and NLP for Coaches, as well as training in personal growth, communication, problem-solving, and leadership development. Her background also includes serving as Country Manager for The Futures Group International, where she built partnerships across NGO, business, and government sectors. He was the first to introduce Erickson’s ICF-accredited coach training program to the country and has since trained and mentored hundreds of individuals across South-East Europe. Known for his dynamic approach, Predrag specializes in organizational and personal development, business coaching, and helping people build positive, productive relationships in both professional and personal contexts. As Managing Director of Atria Group SEE, he leads projects focused on transforming corporate and team cultures while delivering numerous coach training programs.
