Module 1: Focus and Inspiration October 2–5, 2025 | UK
Module Overview
This foundational module introduces the core principles and mindset of solution-focused coaching. You will discover how to structure a coaching session from start to finish, create deep trust with your client, and support them in clarifying outcomes that matter. You will also begin practicing the art of asking powerful questions, enabling transformative conversations from the very first session.

How to establish a coaching agreement and build a results-oriented coaching alliance
Tools to deepen listening and identify client needs and motivators
The foundational framework of the coaching conversation structure
Techniques for crafting and using powerful questions to drive clarity and commitment

Module 2: Realizing Goals November 6–9, 2025 | UK
Module Overview
This module expands your ability to guide clients toward clear, actionable outcomes by applying advanced coaching techniques for goal-setting, resource identification, and change facilitation. You will learn how to help clients recognize inner obstacles, limiting beliefs, and hidden strengths—enhancing their self-awareness and unlocking potential.

Module 3: Values and Motivation December 4–7, 2025 | UK
Module Overview
This module delves into the deeper layers of motivation, personal values, and decision-making. You will learn how to coach clients toward alignment between who they are and what they do—supporting them to act from their values, make empowered choices, and sustain progress even when challenges arise. You will also explore internal resistance and how to help clients reframe it as a signpost to growth.

In this final module, you will refine your coaching presence and prepare for real-world application. You will learn advanced techniques such as giving solution-focused feedback and working with meta-programs—the subconscious filters that drive behavior and communication. This module brings together everything you have learned and supports you in integrating your coaching identity with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
