We are thrilled to invite you to our 2-day experiential workshop, "Women in Leadership." This unique event is designed specifically for women leaders who aspire to cultivate self-awareness, presence, and a more balanced approach to leadership.
Why Attend? In a world often dominated by a male-mindset-oriented approach to leadership, it can be challenging for women to maintain their innate qualities while navigating professional environments. This workshop addresses these challenges by focusing on balance, presence, and receptivity, essential elements for healthier, more relaxed, and effective leadership. Being a leader in a female body-mind system, living in a male-mindset-oriented world, requires a great deal of self-awareness and presence. All too easily, women tend to compromise themselves and their innate qualities in order to fit into an environment that does not accommodate the female approach to leadership and power. This compromise comes at the expense of a delicate inner balance that, once lost, is difficult to recover. The imbalance, over time, can affect various aspects, such as health, relationships, and creativity, leading, in some cases, to a loss of meaning in life, notwithstanding the work successes. In this experiential workshop, we will explore and practice how better balance, presence, self-awareness, receptivity, and the ability to flow between contingencies, challenges, and obstacles—at work and in life—are fundamental elements for healthier, more relaxed—and therefore, more sustainable and effective—leadership.
